1. Services Provided

2. Quotation and Pricing

All services are provided based on a detailed quotation. Prices are subject to change based on the scope of work and materials required. Any alterations to the initial agreement may affect the overall cost.

2.1 Payment Terms

Payments are to be made as follows:

Deposit: A 30% deposit is required upon acceptance of the quotation.
Progress Payments: Interim payments may be requested for large projects.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services with a 14-day notice prior to the scheduled start date. Cancellations made within this period will incur a 10% cancellation fee.

3.1 Refunds

If services are canceled after work has commenced, refunds will be calculated based on the proportion of work completed.

4. Responsibilities

Client Responsibilities:

Providing accurate information about the property.
Ensuring access to the property during agreed times.
Timely payments as per the agreed schedule.

Landscapers Barking Responsibilities:

Delivering services as outlined in the quotation.
Maintaining professional standards and workmanship.
Adhering to health and safety regulations.

5. Liability

Landscapers Barking is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the total value of the services provided.

6. Warranties

We provide warranties on all workmanship for a period of 12 months following the completion of services. This does not cover damage caused by external factors such as weather, pests, or misuse.

7. Changes to Terms

Landscapers Barking reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, which will take effect immediately upon posting.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Confidentiality

All personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We ensure that client data is protected and not shared with third parties without consent.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. Termination terms and conditions will follow those outlined in the cancellation policy.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, or pandemics.

12. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and materials provided by Landscapers Barking remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
